Welcome to Classy But Sassy! I specialize in quality, handcrafted Western goods — from durable tack for horses to beautiful, hand-beaded jewelry. I take pride in my craftsmanship and customer service. Please read our store policies below before placing an order.

1. Product Information

  • All items are handmade, one of a kind, and each piece may vary slightly in color, size, or detail.

  • Custom orders are available for tack and jewelry; see my Custom Orders section for more info.

  • Materials used are described as accurately as possible (e.g., leather type, bead material, metal types).

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are processed in the order received.

  • I accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure checkout options.

  • Full payment is required at checkout. Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit if project is canceled or changed during the process of making item.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the U.S. and internationally where permitted.

  • Processing time:

    • In-stock items: 3–5 business days

    • Custom orders: 2–7 weeks (depending on complexity)

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and package weight.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Handmade Items (Jewelry & Tack): Due to the handmade nature, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion) after reviewing the case.

  • Return shipping for damaged/incorrect items is covered by us.

5. Custom Orders

  • I gladly accept custom tack and jewelry orders!

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

  • Please allow extra time for design, material sourcing, and crafting.

  • Detailed approval and photos will be provided before shipping.

  • I will keep in close contact and not start a project till the design and all other details are agreed upon.

6. Care Instructions

  • Tack: Store in a cool, dry place. Regularly condition leather and inspect hardware for wear.

  • Beaded Jewelry: Avoid water, perfumes, and lotions. Store in a soft pouch to prevent damage.

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our tack or jewelry. Always inspect items before use, especially equestrian gear.
